IPTV Client ("the App") is developed by IAM_DEV. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Do Not Collect

IPTV Client does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. The App operates entirely on your local device. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
• We do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• We do not track your viewing activity or history on our servers.
• We do not share any data with third parties.

Local Data Storage

All data the App uses is stored locally on your device, including:

• Channel list: Downloaded from public IPTV playlists and stored locally in a SQLite database.
• Favorites and watch history: Stored only on your device and never transmitted externally.
• App settings (language preferences): Stored locally on your device.
• Application logs: Stored locally for diagnostic purposes only.

External Network Requests

The App makes network requests only for the following purposes:

• Fetching publicly available M3U IPTV playlists from community-maintained repositories (e.g., iptv-org.github.io).
• Checking the availability of IPTV stream URLs when you initiate a channel health check.
• Loading channel logos displayed in the channel list (images hosted by third parties).

These requests go directly to the relevant public servers and do not pass through any IAM_DEV server. We have no visibility into these requests.

Third-Party Content

IPTV Client displays channels sourced from publicly available IPTV playlists. We do not control, operate, or take responsibility for the content of these third-party streams. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of these streams complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children. As the App collects no personal data from any user, it is suitable for general audiences.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
