By downloading and using IPTV Client ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

IPTV Client is a media player application that displays live TV channels sourced from publicly available IPTV playlists maintained by community contributors. The App does not host, produce, distribute, or own any of the video content it accesses.

You are solely responsible for your use of the App. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Not use the App to access content that infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Verify that accessing specific channels or content is permitted in your country before doing so.

4. Third-Party Content

The App accesses content from publicly available third-party sources. IAM_DEV has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the availability, accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content. IAM_DEV does not endorse any third-party channel or content available through the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IAM_DEV does not guarantee that:

• Channels will be available or function at any given time.
• The App will be free of errors or interruptions.
• The App will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
